We are a small, family-owned soapery business that hand crafts very small batches of artisan soap. What we lack in size, we make up in quality, care, and commitment! Small batch soaping not only results in unique bars of soap that change with the seasons, but it also allows for each bar to be individually inspected for quality before it is sold. That means that every single bar of Bee & Bear soap gets personalized love and attention before it comes your way! You rub soap on your beautiful skin every day - the ingredients matter! Here at Bee & Bear, we focus on what goes into, and stays out of, our soaps. Our soaps are made with some pretty amazing ingredients from Mother Nature including herbs, teas (our personal favorite is imported Greek Mountain Tea!), beeswax, kaolin clay, and wildflower honey. All Bee & Bear soaps are made from high quality plant based oils and butters including Olive Oil, and organic and unrefined Coconut, Castor, Shea Butter, and Cocoa Butter. And the secret ingredient to every single one of our bars is, of course, love. What is never in our soap? 🚫animal fats or byproducts ("tallow/lard") and 🚫 palm oil (not even what is alleged to be "sustainable" palm oil). Our bars are vegan EXCEPT for the soap that contains honey or beeswax. There are zero 🚫 harsh detergents that you get in big box soap brands. Instead, our soap contains simple, old-fashioned Mother Nature ingredients. All colorants and fragrances used are cosmetic grade and skin safe, and all are cruelty free. 🐇 Our goal is to provide you with an affordable product that has superb ingredients, looks nice, smells nice, and adds a few suds of joy into your day. Each Bee & Bear soap is handcrafted, and because of that, we do not accept returned items. However, we are committed to ensure that you have nothing but a wonderful experience with our product and our store, so if there is an issue with your product, please contact us within 30 days of your purchase at Bee.Bear.Soapery@gmail.com. We are thankful that you trust us with your business, and we will likewise promptly work with you to make things right. If a shipment is returned to us because of an improperly entered shipment address or failure to include an apartment number, we will work with you to get the product shipped back out, but this may result in an additional shipping fee.
